1. About this website

truckersprotectiongroup.com is run under the name Truckers Protection Group ("TPG," "we," "us"), a marketing name used by a group of independent licensed life insurance agents. TPG is not an insurance company, does not issue policies, and does not make coverage or underwriting decisions. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Not an offer of insurance

• The information on this site is general and is not an offer to sell insurance, a guarantee of coverage, or a promise of any price, benefit or result.
• Products, riders, features and agent licensing vary by insurance company and by state, and not every product is available in every state.
• Any policy is subject to the insurance company's application, underwriting, approval and the terms of the policy itself. The policy, not this website, controls.
• Indexed universal life insurance is life insurance, not an investment. Cash value growth is not guaranteed and depends on how the policy is designed and funded, index performance, caps and fees. Loans and withdrawals reduce cash value and the death benefit.
• Nothing on this site is tax, legal or investment advice. Talk to your own tax professional or attorney about your situation.
